On 06/11/2022 we finished moving the dirt from the pile on the left to the hole where the foundation used to be. Started clearing the brush around the removed dirt pile with hand tools. We worked on it for 4 hours.

MAKA Minigolf is a new miniature golf course being built in Ashtabula County, Ohio. After searching for the perfect location, we placed an offer on a vacant wooded lot on 11/08/2021. The offer was accepted, and the official date of sale was 12/15/2021. The first phase of the miniature golf course construction involved working with the Ohio Department of Transportation to establish the best location for a field driveway and to acquire the necessary permits. We met with the department of transportation on 01/05/2022 and a driveway permit was issued on 01/18/2022. Once the necessary permits were obtained an excavation company was hired to install a culvert and gravel driveway. We started clearing the brush by hand for the driveway on 02/20/2022. The contractor finished installing the driveway on 03/16/2022.This allowed access to the property.
